Sprint’s first WiMAX handset is the new HTC EVO 4G, which up until yesterday was codenamed HTC Supersonic. But you already knew that. What you may not know is that today we managed to get the full specs list and found out that the release date is set for the second half of 2010 — which is probably around July?

Conclusions
As you can see, that’s pretty solid. Why solid? Because that’s an upgraded 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8650 processor that rocks the show. Add to that, the fact that it runs Android 2.1 together with HTC Sense UI and that’s something we’re craving to get a hold of, as soon as possible.
If we have a hint when the HTC EVO 4G will be released, for now we have nothing regarding pricing, but word is that it won’t be more than $200 with a two year agreement on Sprint.
