How to Track Your Apple Card Delivery

Are you trying to track the delivery of your Apple Card? In this guide, I will show you how to check your Apple Card shipping status, so you can get updates on the estimated arrival time of your Apple Card.

Tracking the Shipment of Your Apple Card

Tracking the Shipment of Your Apple Card

When the Apple Card gets shipped out to you, you will receive a notification or email with the Apple Card’s tracking number. You can also go to your card in the Apple Wallet app and check the card details to see if the tracking number shows up there. Tap on the Apple Card, click on the More icon, and click on the Card Details option to see information about the shipped card.

If you didn’t yet get a tracking number, be patient. It can sometimes take some time to ship out. Once it’s shipped, you will receive the tracking number.

Another way to check the shipping status is to create a FedEx account and put in your home address on your account. FedEx will show you if there is a pending shipment that is heading to your house, along with the tracking updates.

Note that Apple usually uses FedEx. However, in some cases, it may use UPS. So, if you don’t see anything in your FedEx account, create an account with UPS with your address and see if there are any shipments headed to your address in the UPS delivery manager.

Expected Delivery Time for Apple Card

It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to get your card. Most people get it within a week (or less), but for some people, it can take 2-3 weeks. If you don’t get it right away, do have patience; it can sometimes take a bit longer than usual to ship out.

Once you receive your Apple Card, you need to activate it before using it. You can do that by following the activation instructions on the packaging the card came with. If you already threw away the packaging, don’t worry! You can also activate your Apple Card on your iPhone.

Follow these steps to activate and set up your Apple Card in the Wallet app:

  1. Open the Wallet app.
  2. Tap on Apple Card.
  3. Click on the More icon (it looks like three dots in a circle).
  4. Click on the Account Details (you should see an icon showing a lowercase “i” in a circle).
  5. Click on Activate Your Card (under Titanium Card).
  6. Click on Having Trouble Activating Your Card.
  7. Click on Do Not Have Card Packaging.
  8. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note that you can continue using your digital Apple Card while you wait for the physical titanium card to arrive. However, you will need to activate the titanium card to make purchases with it physically (when not using the Wallet app to make contactless payments).

Does Apple Require a Signature for Delivery?

No, Apple does not usually require a delivery signature for the Apple Card. If you are worried about the safety of Apple doorstep delivery when you are not home, you have options.

Whether the card is being shipped with FedEx or UPS, both of them offer delivery management services. These include scheduling a specific day (or timeframe, when available) for the delivery so that you can get it when you are home, having the delivery diverted to a holding locker (such as a participating Staples branch) so you can pick it up from there at your convenience, or having the package delivered to your neighbor.

What to Do if Your Apple Card Doesn’t Arrive on Time

The first thing you should do if your Apple Card’s delivery was delayed is to check the tracking updates on FedEx or UPS. You will be able to see if there are any shipment delays on FedEx’s or UPS’s side. You can contact FedEx or UPS if you see there is a delay.

If there is no tracking number, or if the card is not being shown as shipped out, contact Apple Support. You can also contact Apple Support if FedEx or UPS lost the package.

Since the card didn’t arrive and has not been activated, you won’t have to worry about unauthorized transactions on the physical card.

Conclusion

We hope this tracking help guide was useful in finding shipping updates for your Apple Card. Once you get the card, follow the Apple Card activation steps in this article to activate it. After that, you can use it anywhere MasterCard is accepted!
